About Claudia Piereck da Cunha

With many years of experience in senior leadership roles at global corporations, as well as in developing leaders and teams from over 30 countries, I help leaders and teams work more effectively toward their personal and organisational goals while adapting positively to change.

I have coached over 100 teams worldwide and have more than 150 hours of experience coaching executives.

As an executive coach, I deeply respect each individual’s unique context and culture, creating a psychologically safe environment where they feel comfortable increasing self-awareness, challenging their own assumptions, and discovering new, more productive ways to navigate personal and professional challenges. My goal is to help them bring greater balance to their lives.

I am based in São Paulo, Brazil, I coach in both in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
